You are an experienced Full Stack Developer, a Senior or Lead-level professional. You can work independently in client projects, trusting in your own expertise. You enjoy working with both front-end and back-end systems: designing, developing, and improving modern software solutions. You are also able to share your knowledge and best practices in a clear and practical way. You might be looking for your next job or your next project as an entrepreneur.
At the moment, we are especially looking for specialists with strong front-end skills.
What kind of expertise we are looking for:
At least 5 years of experience in full stack software development
Strong proficiency in React and modern front-end development
Experience particularly in Node.js- and TypeScript-based back-end development
Experience in API development and integrations
Knowledge of databases (e.g. MySQL)
An understanding of cloud environments
In addition, you may have experience with some of the following technologies: React, Redux, TypeScript, Node.js, MySQL, RabbitMQ, Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, GKE

You can work independently on client projects and bring your expertise to the design and implementation of solutions. You enjoy working with both front-end and back-end systems: designing, developing, and improving modern applications using Microsoft technologies. You are also able to share your knowledge and best practices in a clear and practical way. You may be looking for your next job or your next project as an entrepreneur.
What kind of expertise we are looking for:
At least 5 years of experience in full stack software development and Microsoft technologies
Strong proficiency in C# and .NET technologies (.NET/.NET Core/ASP.NET Core)
Experience in API development and integrations (e.g. REST)
Skills in front-end development (e.g. Microsoft Blazor, React, Angular)
Experience with databases and SQL development (e.g. SQL Server, Azure SQL)
An understanding of cloud environments and DevOps (Microsoft Azure services, Azure DevOps, Git)

Developing and maintaining applications in the Azure cloud environment
Collaborating with developers, designers, and clients to develop solutions

You might be a software developer, project manager, cybersecurity specialist, cloud expert, or UI/UX designer — or your title might be something entirely different. What matters most is that you operate at the Senior or Lead level, are comfortable taking responsibility within projects, and trust your own expertise. You want to use your skills to help our clients succeed in their IT initiatives.

The recruitment process and salary
We review every application and respond to all candidates. We’ll get to know you through your CV or LinkedIn profile and review our current projects. If we see a potential match, now or in the near future, we’ll invite you for an introductory meeting.
When a potential matching client project is found, and the client is interested in your expertise, they typically conduct one or two interviews before making a final decision. If the client selects you as their consultant, we’ll proceed with the necessary agreements, either an employment contract or a subcontracting agreement, if you prefer to work as an entrepreneur.
Compensation is based on experience and project scope, typically ranging from 5000 € to 8000+ € per month. You can choose between a fixed salary or a model based on billable hours. As a subcontractor, hourly rates typically range from 60-100+ € per hour.

Please note: At the moment, most of our projects require the consultant to be based in Finland and fluent in Finnish. Depending on the project, the client may require on-site work, although many assignments also offer hybrid or fully remote work options.
